With that in mind, Texas Heartfelt Personal Care, LLC was founded in 2013, by Delores Patterson, to make life easier for families and individuals–– aiming to simplify the steps and employ the absolute highest quality in-home care providers.
At Texas Heartfelt Personal Care, we strive to give you peace of mind as we provide your loved one with quality care in the comfort of their home. Our home care providers have the training and skills to provide your loved one with compassion and care, allowing them to maintain their respect and dignity.
Our service coordinators will provide a complimentary care consultation to create a personalized care plan for your loved one.
We believe in incorporating activities of daily living in every care plan to ensure continuity of care. No matter the type of care we provide, each care plan is customized to best fit your health and well-being needs. Each client is then strategically matched with a professional care provider that best suits their needs.

How I found out about Texas Heartfelt Personal Care totally escapes me now, but I do know that it was a good day- one I like to call: "A Divine Appointment"!
I had used a different company for a year and was not satisfied with them. Then, I had a sit-down interview with Delores Patterson of Texas Heartfelt Personal Care and felt sure that I had found the perfect fit for our needs. As soon as the care started, I KNEW I had found what we had been missing with the other company- an entity that cares not only for the patient, but for the family caregiver as well!
You never need to worry about your loved one (or yourself) or about any of your belongings.
